- 21 O.S.2021, § 801. The Legislature established a specific penalty for third armed robbery convictions within § 801, as recognized in Ellis v. St., 1988 OK CR 9 and Turner v. St., 1990 OK CR 79. General language in § 51.1(B) subjects a person with two or more prior non-801 felony convictions who commits an enumerated § 571 offense to a range of 20 years to life imprisonment. Turner v.
